Description
This wine has a ruby red colour with violet highlights. The nose is filled with dark fruit jam, prunes, liquorice, blackberries, and vanilla. Nuanced, fruity taste with barrel character, hints of dark cherries, chocolate, wild raspberries, black tea and sage. Excellent balance of acidity and sweet flavours, creating a solid structure and persistent finish. Serve at 16-18°C with lamb or beef dishes.
