Organic wine made with grapes picked from the producer’s vineyards in the heart of Priorat, Gratallops. Based on Garnacha with the addition of Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine mainly expresses various black fruits, such as black cherries, black berries, mulberries matched with spicy and roasted notes from oak aging. Full-bodied on the palate with ripe tannins. Good value/price match.
The aroma is reminiscent of notes of red and black ripe fruits, black spices and some balsamic notes that evoke the scent of Mediterranean forest.

This wine goes perfectly with red meat and game. Think rustic dishes, homey, heartwarming food – a sumptuous stew or slow-roasted root vegetables, grilled sausages and lentils. Hard cheese.
Serve at 17°C. Recommended to decant before serving.
