Winemaker’s Notes:
“El Prodigio” is our white village wine, made from old Viura vines from the Alto del Plano area in Lapuebla de Labarca. These vineyards grow in clay-limestone soils that give the wine a unique mineral character. It is aged for seven months in used French oak barrels, with a small percentage of Hungarian oak and chestnut, which rounds out its flavor and balances its acidity.”
