It matured in a 10,000-liter oak foudre for four to five months. It has an herbal nose with wild berry fruit and flowers and is fine-boned and elegant. It has contained ripeness, 13.4% alcohol, a pH of 3.78 and 4.7 grams of acidity and a faint bitter twist in the finish. 11,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2025.” 92 Points
