  • 500 g roast beef slices
  • 4 tbsp remoulade sauce
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • 4 slices rye bread


  • Grease the rye bread with a thin layer of butter and add a slice of roast beef to each piece.
  • Finely chop the chives and onion.
  • Top each slice with a tbsp of remoulade sauce and garnish with a pinch of chives, red onion and a sprig of parsley.
