Aromas of ripe red fruits (raspberries, blackcurrants), spicy notes (vanilla, light brown), red licorice and fine nuances of toasted wood.
TASTE
Ripe tannins that give a solid structure highlights. Acidity makes it lively and still has a long life ahead of it. Good fruit weight on the trip and long endurance.

Perfect for Mediterranean cuisine, fried, grilled vegetables, paella, rice, pasta, fish in tomato sauce, ham and sausages, pâtés, beef carpaccio, soft cheeses. Aged steaks and venison, grilled pork chops, lamb kebabs, along with tomato-based dishes.

Serve at around 17°C. Recommended to decant before serving.

ORIGIN
La Rioja is one of Spain’s most famous wine regions and divided into three zones: Rioja Alta, Rioja Oriental and Rioja Alavesa. The wines are mostly red, made from berry-scented grapes such as Garnacha and Tempranillo, and the vineyards run along the banks of the Ebro River, which stretches for around 100 kilometers.
