Simple to make, exquisite to taste, this bonito tuna and piquillo pepper sandwich is a perfect combination of delicate flavours and perfect for lunch, or as a snack.

- 100g Bonito tuna
- 50g piquillo pepper slices
- 1 tomato sliced
- 4 lettuce leaves
- mayonnaise, aioli, or, ideallly, saffran aioli
- 2 bread rolls
Cut your bread rolls (we like to use to ciabatta bread) in half and spread the mayonnaise or aioli on the bottom half. Divide lettuce and place on the bottom bun, then add the tomato slices. Now distribute the tuna evenly on both sandwiches and top with the piquillo pepper slices. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
