Awarded with a well deserved Michelin star, Hisop serves creative contemporary Catalan cuisine, using only seasonal fresh local produce.

Chef Oriol Ivern Bondia aim is preserving the flavours of traditional and classic recipes, working with ingredients from new points of view, searching for contrast, subtleties, nuances, and adding new elements to provide singularity to the dishes.

Hisop works with strictly seasonal products which means the menu changes regularly four times per year. They also make small weekly adjustments, according to the short season of some ingredients.
