A typical traditional roman trattoria, this family owned and run restaurant serves authentic roman dishes that are absolutely amazing – one of Anthony Bourdain’s favourites in Rome.

Try the amatriciana pasta; penne, olive oil, bacon, a dash of white wine, fresh tomato, pecorino cheese and onion.

Also there is the mouthwatering carbonara with zuccini flowers, baby lamb chops or braised ox tail. The only problem here might be that the place is very popular so you may need to arrive early!
