  • 500 g herring
  • 1 aged cheese
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 sprig dill
  • crisp bread

Instructions
 

  • Take a large and decorative tray. Add cheese, crispbread and herring.
  • Put the butter in a bowl and top with the red onion, finely chopped.
  • Decorate the tray with with dill.
