One of the smørrebrød versions that is very popular, the roast beef open sandwich with remoulade sauce is a nordic classic.
Roast Beef Smørrebrød
- 500 g roast beef slices
- 4 tbsp remoulade sauce
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 sprig parsley
- 4 slices rye bread
- Grease the rye bread with a thin layer of butter and add a slice of roast beef to each piece.
- Finely chop the chives and onion.
- Top each slice with a tbsp of remoulade sauce and garnish with a pinch of chives, red onion and a sprig of parsley.
